The French Press delivers a rich, full-bodied cup with natural oils intact. The immersion brewing method is simple and consistent — ideal for brewing for a group.

Large Press

Boil water (95–96°C). Grind 54g of coffee coarsely — like sea salt.

Add grounds to the press. Start your timer and pour 900g of water. Stir well to ensure all grounds are saturated.

At 4:00, use two spoons to skim the foam and floating grounds off the surface. This gives a cleaner cup.

Place the plunger on top and press down very gently. Pour and enjoy immediately.
